Material innovation: Promote environmentally friendly water-based adhesive instead of traditional solvent-based glue, reduce VOCs (volatile organic matter) emissions by 80%, and cooperate with GORE-TEX and other environmentally friendly material suppliers to develop recyclable upper technology.

The acceptance also highlights the responsibility of Puyuan shoes industry in the industrial chain. By establishing a supplier environmental protection access mechanism, the factory has driven more than 30 upstream supporting enterprises to improve their production processes, forming a green supply chain closed-loop from raw materials to finished products.

After the acceptance of environmental protection, Puyuan footwear industry's recognition in the industry has improved, and customers' attention to the "environmental certification manufacturing" label has significantly increased. The company plans to further increase investment in 2025 for the intelligent emission reduction equipment upgrade of the Hunan factory, and launch the "zero waste factory" pilot project, aiming to achieve 100% resource utilization of production waste by 2026.
